What can I use CCMRT for?
CCMRT provides Cisco CUCM Admin with an ability to capture devices and users status and compare the snapshots to identify changes in registration, quickly find added / removed items or create status reports.

What CUCM versions are supported?
CUCM main releases currently supported – 10.5 to 12.5. Engineering Specials (ES) and Service Updates (SU) for the versions mentioned should also be compatible, however we encourage all clients to test system compatibility using trial license before purchasing this program.
Can I export comparison results into a file?
Yes, the results can be exported into .csv file.
When I start first snapshot it takes a few minutes to complete. Is it normal?
Yes, this is expected.
Depends on the size of your CUCM database and network delay between your PC and CUCM sever it may take some time to capture first snapshot.
Following snapshots should be processed significantly faster.
What Windows versions are needed to run CCMRT?
Windows 10 – 64/32-bit
Windows 7 with Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7 or higher (https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=55167)
Can I run CCMRT on Apple devices?
No, Apple devices are not currently supported.
